What is the Atom Cloud?
The Atom Cloud is a service for engineers undertaking crucial inspections and safety checks who wish to store and share their official Atom Certificates.
How much does it cost?
The Atom Cloud is a free service for engineers who purchase Atom certificates from one of our approved partners or stockists.
How does it work?
Scan the QR code on your official Atom certificate, upload your certificate and that's it! You will need to be registered before uploading your first certificate.
Can I record any additional information?
With each certificate, you can assign a client reference, a job number and any private notes. Each certificate will be assigned a unique key.
How can I find a certificate from a previous job?
Simply search your certificate library using the client reference, job number or date period.
How do I share certificates with customers and colleagues?
Simply access the certificate and share via email. You can also automate sharing to colleagues or team leaders whenever you upload a new certificate. Team accounts are on their way too!
Is my data safe?
Data security is at the heart of our service. We will never share your data with third parties and data is kept securely within data centres provided by specialist partners. Read our Privacy Policy for full details on how we protect your data and meet GDPR requirements.
Will your App work with the Cloud?
Our certificate app will be available soon and you will be able to seamlessly switch between the web and app editions, although the app will include enhanced functionality around the capture of certificates.
Can I integrate the Atom Cloud with our job management system?
We are in the process of testing our launch API for larger organisations to automate their certificate management. We are planning to charge a subscription for this service.
